Bid Services – Ad-hoc

  • Our team are also on hand for aspects of the bid that need to be written, our juniors are always under the instruction and guidance of one of our senior writers or bid managers, but can help create answers and refine copy for CV’s, case studies, profiles and company information.

 

Bid Services – Retainer

Should you wish to take up our retainer option then all of the ad-hoc services will be incorporated into it. Our retainer option is based on a three-month rolling period. The retainer works by have a banked spend, which is fixed for three months; you then draw down from this amount.

This enables us to provide the services that you need when you need them, maximising the value of the retainer by only paying for resources and roles that you need.

An example of this may be that you need two hours of bid management a day and six hours of writing; so, rather than employ two people for a day or pay for a bid manager when you need a writer, you have access to two people for the minimum time that you require them.

The retainer also gives you complimentary access to our Critical Friend service.

This works by having a flat fee that you then buy blocks of work of us in smaller units. There is a minimum block purchase of two hours.

In order to access the retainer, you need to spend £2,000 per month for a three-month rolling period. Any allocation not used within the month rolls over to the following month. You can only roll over one month at a time.
